Discussion Threads on Book Pages
A space on every book page to start or join conversations with other readers. Share your take on the ending, recommend what to read next, or warn someone about a cliffhanger. Built for readers who want to talk about the books, not just track them.
#Improvement 👍 - 1
Reading Challenges and Goals
Set a reading goal for the year — a number of books, a genre you want to explore, a series you want to finish — and track your progress as you go. A simple, personal challenge to keep you reading.
#Improvement 👍 - 1
Smarter Book and Series Recommendations
Get personalised suggestions based on what you have read and enjoyed. The more you use the site, the better they get.
- 1
Explore Books by Genre and Sub-Genre
Browse books by genre, sub-genre, and mood. Find your next read by what you are in the mood for, not just by author.

Reading Statistics and Year in Review
See how many books you have read, which genres you gravitate towards, and how your reading habits have changed over time. At the end of the year, get a personalised summary of everything you read — your own year in books.
#Improvement 👍 - 1
Audiobook Links on Every Book Page
Every book page will include direct links to audiobook versions on Audible, so you can switch between reading and listening without leaving the site. If an audiobook exists, it will be one click away from the same page you already use to check the reading order.
#Improvement 👍 - 1
Curated Reading Lists by Theme
Hand-picked reading lists organised by theme — cosy mysteries, epic fantasy sagas, romance series starters, books under 200 pages. A way to discover your next series when you know the mood but not the author.

Weekly Newsletter with New Releases and Picks
A weekly email roundup covering new releases, notable additions to the catalogue, and series worth starting. One email a week, written for readers who want to stay current without checking the site every day.
#Improvement 👍 - 1
Upcoming Releases Calendar
A calendar view showing forthcoming books from the authors and series you follow. Plan your reading list around release dates and know what is coming before it arrives, so you are never caught off guard by a new book in a series you are following.
#Improvement 👍 - 1
Dark Mode for Late-Night Reading
A dark theme that is easy on the eyes for browsing at night. Already available -- being refined based on reader feedback.
- 1
A full redesign of Shelf & Shadows
Give the whole site a design worthy of the books on it: a warmer palette, better type, and pages that feel like something you use rather than something you read — the homepage, author pages, book pages, and account screens all redrawn to one consistent look, in both dark and light modes.

See How Far Through a Book You Are
Record how far through a book you have got, as a percentage — not just which shelf it sits on. The figure shows on the book’s page, in My Library, and on your public reader page, so you can pick up exactly where you left off. Also makes the series counts honest: a book you gave up on no longer counts as one you read, so the Complete trophy goes only to a series you actually finished.
